Dr. Preston Gregory was born and raised in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic. His journey into the profession began in an unexpected way.
Chiropractic found him. A CrossFit injury left his back in so much pain he could barely lift a laundry basket. He went to Sherman's clinic for help, and after three weeks he felt no relief. Frustrated and desperate to get out of pain, he was transferred to an intern who specialized in upper cervical. One precise adjustment to his atlas, the top bone of his neck, and his back pain vanished, and things began shifting in his body he couldn't even put into words.
That moment changed everything. He knew right then he wanted to be an upper cervical chiropractor. He had felt, firsthand, how powerful the brainstem and upper neck could be.
His deeper drive, though, comes from somewhere personal. His mother struggled with addiction for most of her life. He watched her suffer in ways he couldn't fix, and ultimately lost her when she took her own life. He never got the chance to help her the way he wanted to, and that loss planted something deep in him: a need to end other people's suffering, and to show up when everyone else had given up.
Determined to break the cycle he came from, he built Momentum Chiropractic and began sharing his work online. His videos reached people around the world, and patients started traveling from across the country and beyond for care. Through years of refinement, he's built a process for the people who feel like they can't be helped, those living with POTS, dysautonomia, and widespread neurological symptoms.
His goal has never been complicated: to love on people, give them real answers, and help them get their quality of life back.
If your tests keep coming back normal but you know something isn't right, you're exactly who Dr. Gregory built this practice for.
